Saving an American Treasure: Photographic Media Documenting 13,000 Years of Indigenous Heritage in the Southwest

Project Description

The Arizona State Museum collection currently contains over 525,000 photographic prints, negatives, and transparencies, and more than 250 movie films not duplicated anywhere. Grant funds will be used to purchase two climate-controlled chambers to provide cold and frozen storage for the most sensitive photographic media.
