Environmental student paid internship program for 2021-22

The Earth Grant program is a year-long leadership development program for a diverse cohort of select UArizona students passionate about community resilience and the environment. Individually, each student is matched with a mentor working in their field of interest for a 10-20 hr/week paid internship project. As a cohort, students engage in weekly activities to gain cross-sector leadership skills and regularly reflect on their experiences.

The Upward Bound Math & Science program at Northern Arizona University (NAU) is a federally funded college-preparatory program that serves high school students who are low-income, potential first-generation college students. Currently, they are looking to hire four summer instructors. Minimum requirements include secondary or elementary certification, B.S., M.A., or enrolled in graduate work for a similar degree.
